These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Looks mobile application operated by Looks Labs LLC ("Looks," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Looks is a self-care and wellness routine app that provides personalized daily checklists with step-by-step instructions, scientific references, and product recommendations across categories including but not limited to: hair loss prevention, weight management, sexual wellness, skincare, testosterone optimization, sleep, mental wellness, gut health, posture, flexibility, focus, anti-aging, and grooming.
Looks provides general wellness information for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app does not provide medical diagnoses, prescribe medications, or replace the advice of licensed healthcare professionals. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new health, fitness, supplement, or wellness routine — especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, take prescription medications, or are pregnant or nursing. If you experience adverse reactions to any recommended product, supplement, or routine, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.
Looks is positioned as a natural alternative approach to common health concerns. References to prescription medications (such as finasteride, Ozempic, Viagra, Adderall, Accutane, Ambien, TRT, Botox, birth control, or SSRIs) are for informational context only. We do not claim equivalence to pharmaceutical treatments. Individual results vary. If you are currently taking prescription medication, do not discontinue use without consulting your prescribing physician.
Looks references published scientific studies to support its recommendations. These citations are provided for educational context and do not constitute medical claims. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all referenced studies are current, applicable to your specific situation, or constitute a consensus view within the scientific community.
Looks offers optional paid subscriptions ("Looks Pro") that unlock additional features and content. Subscription options include:
Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Looks Pro. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription at $79.99/year, billed through Apple's App Store.
Monthly Subscription: Available at $9.99/month with an introductory first month at $4.99. Automatically renews each month unless canceled.
Annual Subscription: Available at $79.99/year after the free trial period. Automatically renews each year unless canceled.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of your free trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, but you may contact Apple for refund requests.
Looks includes product recommendations with links to third-party retailers, primarily Amazon.com. Looks Labs LLC participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program. We may earn commissions on purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. Product recommendations are suggestions based on our research; we are not responsible for third-party product quality, safety, or availability. All purchases from third-party retailers are governed by those retailers' terms and policies.
An account is required to use Looks. You may sign in using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use Looks for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You may not share, redistribute, or publicly display the app's proprietary content (including task descriptions, scientific explanations, and curated routines).
All content in the app — including text, task descriptions, scientific citations, curated routines, design, illustrations, and code — is owned by Looks Labs LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Looks name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Looks Labs LLC.
Looks is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that results from using the app will meet your expectations. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including scientific references and product recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Looks Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to: skin reactions, allergies, injuries from exercises, supplement interactions, hormonal changes, sexual health complications, hair loss progression, weight fluctuations, or dissatisfaction with recommended products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Looks Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile tab in the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
